A flex VM on AMD EPYC 9J14 (2.4 GHz base, 3.7 GHz boost). A newer generation than E4; you choose OCPUs and memory yourself, with 1 Gbps of network per OCPU up to 40 Gbps. It can also run as a burstable instance and uses block storage only, with no local disk.
