Terms of Service

This is a translation. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.

These terms take effect on November 4, 2026. We announce them in advance on October 28.

1. About these terms

These are the rules for using Pickx (the "Site"). When you sign in or post, you agree to these terms. Personal information follows the separate Privacy Policy, and what you may and may not post is in the Community guide.

2. What the Site does

We gather and show information about services, stores and sites, and let you compare them. Members can save, comment, and upload photos and videos. Everything is free for now. Prices and terms can change, so please check the official site again before you pay or sign up.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Kakao or Google. Only people aged 14 or older can sign up. Do not pretend to be another person or the operator with your nickname. You cannot give away or sell an account. You can withdraw at any time on the sign-in screen.

4. Rights to what you post

You keep the rights to the posts, photos and videos you upload. However, you must allow the Site to use them as follows.

  • Show them on the Site, in search results and in share previews
  • Make them smaller to fit the screen, remove information such as location, and trim a video to the section you chose

This permission is free of charge and ends when you delete the post or withdraw. The Site does not sell your posts or use them in ads. You are responsible for having the right to use other people's photos, videos and music.

5. What is not allowed

Besides what is written in the Community guide, the following are not allowed: breaking the law, attacking the Site or collecting from it in bulk automatically, using someone else's account, and repeated advertising or flooding.

6. Checks and sanctions

  • We check uploaded photos and videos automatically. If there is a clear problem, it is not posted; if it is unclear, an administrator looks at it first and then it is shown. If the automatic check cannot run, the post is shown right away and handled through reports.
  • Child sexual content, illegally filmed material and synthetic deepfakes are taken down and checked after just one report. Other posts are taken down once 3 reports pile up.
  • We hide posts that break the rules and show the poster the reason. Every time 3 warnings pile up, posting is blocked for 7 days.
  • Child sexual exploitation material, illegally filmed material and repeated violations lead to account suspension without a warning, and we report to investigators if needed.
  • If you think an action was wrong, you can press the request-review button on the post screen, once per post. We answer within 7 days.

7. Reporting a rights violation

If your photo or work was posted without permission or it harms your reputation, tell us through the report on the post or the request box. While we check, the post is taken down (up to 30 days) and we tell the poster.

8. Things made with AI

You can post photos and videos made with AI. Please choose "Made with AI" when you post. You cannot post a synthetic image of a real person made without their consent.

9. When the service changes

We may add, remove or stop features. We announce changes that affect your posts 30 days ahead.

10. Responsibility

We try to show information accurately, but prices and terms are set by each company. The poster is responsible for what other members post. However, the Site is responsible for damage caused by its intent or serious mistake.

11. When these terms change

We announce changes on this page 7 days before they take effect, and 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to members. If you do not like the changed terms, you can withdraw.

12. Law and disputes

Korean law applies, and disputes are handled by the court set by the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
