Bv1 series (burstable)
The only Azure VM series that provisions CPU by credits. Credits build up below the baseline and are spent above it, and when they run out the VM is throttled back to its baseline. It runs on Intel x86-64 processors. It has no local temporary disk; disks are attached separately.
Good for Dev servers, web servers with occasional load, small databases
